Cloud & Infrastructure — the foundation everything else runs on.

We help businesses migrate, modernize, and optimize their environments so technology becomes an enabler — not the bottleneck slowing your team down every day.

What we deliver

Every piece of the foundation.

Cloud strategy & migration

Staged migrations with zero-surprise cutovers — the highest-impact workloads move first, and nothing breaks mid-transition.

AWS · Azure · GCP

Vendor-agnostic architecture matched to your workloads and budget — we recommend what's right for you, not what pays us referral fees.

Hybrid & multi-cloud

The right mix of on-premises and cloud for your compliance, latency, and cost realities — not an all-or-nothing gamble.

Network modernization

Performance, reliability, and security upgrades that your team feels on day one — fewer outages, faster everything.

Disaster recovery

Backups that are actually tested, recovery objectives that are actually defined, and a restore process that's actually been rehearsed.

Business continuity

Plans that keep the business running through outages, incidents, and the unexpected — because downtime is the most expensive line item you're not budgeting for.

Our approach

How we make it stick.

Every engagement is senior-led, fixed-scope, and fixed-price — you know the deliverables and the cost before we start, and the consultant you meet is the consultant who does the work.

On every Cloud & Infrastructure engagement

  • Migration in stages — never a big-bang gamble
  • Architecture matched to workloads, not vendor incentives
  • DR that's tested, not assumed
  • Documentation your team can operate from

Job aid

Migration readiness checklist.

Before any workload moves, these six boxes get checked. If you can't check them yet, that's what the assessment phase is for.

Application inventory complete — every system and its dependencies mapped
Data classified — what can move, what must stay, and what needs special handling
Compliance requirements identified before architecture decisions are made
Bandwidth and latency requirements measured against real usage
Rollback plan defined — every cutover has a tested way back
Team trained on the new environment before go-live, not after

Common questions

What clients usually ask first.

Will we have downtime during migration?

Our migrations are staged with tested rollback plans, and cutovers are scheduled around your business hours. Most clients experience zero unplanned downtime — and planned windows are agreed in writing beforehand.

Lift-and-shift or re-architect?

It depends on the workload, and we'll tell you honestly which is which. Some systems should move as-is now and modernize later; others are worth re-architecting up front. The migration plan labels every workload with its path and the reasoning.

What happens to our costs after migration?

Cloud can cost more than on-prem if it's unmanaged — that's the runaway-bill story you've heard. We right-size resources at migration and set up cost governance (budgets, alerts, tagging) so spend stays visible and controlled from day one.

Can we keep some systems on-premises?

Absolutely. Hybrid is a strategy, not a compromise — compliance, latency, or cost sometimes make on-prem the right call. We design the mix around your requirements, not a cloud vendor's quota.
